1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items on clearance or marked “non-returnable”

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@greetaproduct.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
2. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email info@greetaproduct.com with your order ID and photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
